Fresh Seafood at Chef Taka in San Diego
Sushi at Chef TakaTakashige and wife Kayako Satate have been a staple in San Diego Sushi for the past 20 years. Responsible for opening Taka Restaurant of of 5th Avenue in downtown San Diego, the restaurant still stands today holding a familiar moniker. After selling Taka Restaurant, they moved on to open another famous landmark called Octopus Garden.

After many years, Taka and Kayako have decided to settle in La Mesa, CA where their San Diego restaurant venture originated.
