A wide Selection of Sake, Shochu, & Wines
Sake was traditionally served warmed. Up until about 30 or 40 years ago, sake was rougher, fuller, sweeter and woodier than it is now. That being the case, warming sake was much more suited back then.

As brewing technologies progressed and new strains of sake rice developed led to a more diverse selection that have a bold, more lively taste with accentuating fragrance profiles.
